NEW BUSINESS
• Steven Linhart noted that the LBMA storage building needs a new roof. He has obtained one from Dr. Roof for $6,522 or $4,878 (two types). He will obtain additional quotes as well as investigate alternative storage options. Our building is approximately 10’ x 30’. We own 3 buildings; one is in use by Kiwanis (South Bldg) the other by LBMA & Lions. The third small building is storing signage. Event chairs have been storing things in their homes to keep them safe since the building is already damp indoors. Bob Andrew noted that we should get a work party together to prune trees there also.
