Motion by Schwartz to use $225 of funds set aside for After Hours toward a table at the Loyalty Days banquet, and to use the six seats to honor merchants who have recently stepped up to a new level of service within the organization and demonstrated a commitment to our mission. Second by Scharfe. Unanimously approved.

Motion by Scharfe to sell the property owned by LBMA and used for storage, then to rent storage space at Swensen’s on Sandridge (budget $1100/year) with built-in shelves (budget of $1500). Ruth Ann Hocking would handle the sale (asking price of $45k) if it can be accomplished quickly without listing fees and commissions. In the event she is not successful within six weeks, the listing would go to Wayne O’Dell due to his commitment to LBMA over the past year or so. If Wayne is disinclined, Cheri Diehl would be offered the listing next due to her more recent commitment to LBMA. Second by Harrell. Unanimously approved.
