  • The Board requests approval from the membership to raise dues from $75 to $85, effective 01/01/10.  Dues for 2010 remain at $75 if paid before the end of Dec., 2009.
  • The membership is requested to review updates to the LBMA Bylaws and be prepared to request changes else vote approval at next month’s meeting.

Election of Officers for 2010

Article VII: Section 4. There shall be five (5) directors. Three of the directorships are to be filled by election from the membership at large for terms of three years, with one directorship to open each year. Two of the directorships are to be filled by Immediate Past-Presidents of the Association for terms of two years each. Whenever there is an unscheduled vacancy in the Board of Directors, the remaining term of the vacant directorship is to be filled by election from the membership at large. Only current members of the Association may be directors.

Red names are nominated.  Red seats are up for election.
