Officer Flint said they will not be shutting down street for Rod Run,  the Fabulous Fairlanes will perform on the big stage from 7 to 10

Beach to Chowder Run/Walk [Sherry Hash] Ad’s are out  they are partnering with Ragan & Summerfest for entertainment

Doggie Olympic Games [Mike Litawa] : Meeting Thursday at 5 breakers. Print materials done and ads are setup

SandSations [Becky Johnson] Sand artist for children’s area classes on the beach. Moose lodge will be doing a fundraiser. Chili cook off and Fundraiser raffle planned. Una questioned budget Craig clarified. .

Jake’s Birthday [Wendy Murry) *Crickets chirping* – I was taking minutes and was not prepared.
