RULES and REGULATIONS

A certificate of insurance is required with Long Beach Merchants Association listed as an additional insured. General liability must be at least $1,000,000.

Vendors are responsible for providing chairs, tables and/or any booth exhibit items. Set up can start at 5AM the day before the event. Please note that there will not be security available overnight. We will not be responsible for lost, damaged or stolen merchandise.


All vendors must be open 10am-5pm Friday and Saturday. Vendors are allowed to stay open later than 5pm should they choose to do so. 

Applicant agrees to comply with all festival, state and local regulations. The City of Long Beach and the Long Beach Merchants Association is not responsible for breakage or loss of any kind. All vendors in this event agree to “Hold Harmless” the City of Long Beach, any and all sponsors, property owners, event coordinators, LBMA, volunteers and any other affiliated organizations connected in any way with LBRCF.
